Nope. Same here, applied in March, received OWP, background check is in process and that's about it.

Hi, only you the applicant need to do the Police check, unless there's more people being sponsored with you hope this helps!

i believe anyone and everyone under the application will have to do a police check, so you and if you have kids that are above 18 years of age. If you dont have any kid, you will be the only one to submit a schedule A and police clearance letter.

i just completed mine right now after calling the cic agent several times. fill out the IRCC webform with all your application info , agree with the consent, go to the next page and attach your Schedule A form there.

Sorry to bother everyone. I had a question regarding pictures on the application. It says maximum 20 photos to be sent! I want to know, are they very strict on this? I wanted to send about 35 photos. Do they just only look at the first 20? Should I put an additional section and write extra pictures as the title?

I assume they are requesting for a maximum of 20 to reduce people flooding them with lots of pictures. I will suggest you look through the 35 pictures you have and find the very best and important 20. If you have more, just submit all. They wont penalize for it. The goal is been able to prove you marriage to them

Hello, everyone.
I have learned so much after reading this.
I submitted application in Jan 2017 and received Medical Exam request last week, completed today. Also after 2 months of trying to link my application, i have finally linked today!!!
So my question is i haven't received any request for Schedule A or Police Certificate. Is that normal? What else is left to do?

That is not normal in my assumption. I just called cic today May 30th, i was told that they already requested for my schedule A since May 12. But i have been checking my account most all the time, i didnt receive any request from them. So i assume most times it is a technical error. I will suggest you call cic and confirm. No crime in confirming just to be sure so that it wont delay your application timeline.

I am March 2017 as well and no sponsor approval yet either. Just AOR 1 and schedule A. Background check in process over a month now and it is stuck there....no more updates.

I am March 2017 as well and no sponsor approval yet either. Just AOR 1 and schedule A. Background check in process over a month now and it is stuck there....no more updates.

I sent my application in December 2016. Received AOR 1 and 2 in January 2017. Background has been in progress since Feb and yet no updates!

I have also submitted my Schedule A via the webform, but 11 days IRCC send an email saying they couldn't view the attachment. I resend it few days ago and hope they can view it this time. I also uploaded it on MyCiC.

Mostly the deadline for submission will have to pass before they will update your file.

Does it say "document requested uploaded"? Strangely, mine says "replacement document uploaded". Strange!

Yes it said additional document you provided has been provided . But wen I view submitted documents it said replacement document provided uploaded. Very strange indeed
