I tried calling CIC just now. They won't even take my call because "sorry, we are currently experience high volumes of calls"..

Maybe get our applictions done faster and we won't call!!! I am starting to get a little impatient now.

Just stay calm man, calling them a lot does not solve anything and add more delay to your application. These are the customer care ppl, they are probably not directly handling your case. If you have try thing in written form (web request, MP), it is ok just waiting

I spoke with my agent today morning. Yesterday Two of his clients (Jan 7th and Feb 25th, 2016) got their PPR and DM.
As Jan 11th applicant, I am wondering; when I will get DM or PPR.
