Hi guys!
I'm sponsoring my wife. Till yesterday my wife's status on GCKey was "Your application is in process and next step is to conduct a background check ". However, it l changed to "Not Applicable" today.
Can anyone of you help me out with understanding that what does it mean? And possible next steps. Thanks

Hi :)

I experienced that too (April 11) but after a month (May 12) , it went back again to "your application is in progress..."

I still dont know up to this day what it meant. We tried sending them an email, calling them, and sending an inquiry via cic but no one really answered. They just sent us a generic reply. So I guess all we can do it wait patiently.

Good luck and hope all of us can get that PPR soon :)

My wife got her pictures done on Monday, and then dropped off the passport's and pictures right afterwards. Today, she already got a text message saying her passport is ready to be picked up. Two days is all it took.

Now to register with the CFO for the seminar.

Guys, tanong lang po kung sino naka experience maka received ng ganito great email and ano ibig sbihin. Im kina confuse.
Dear applicant,
Your immigration medical examination result has been received and in order to complete the assessment additional information is required.
Please print out a copy of this message and present it to the panel physician who did your initial immigration medical examination. In exceptional situations, you may utilize the services of another panel physician used for Canadian immigration examinations(http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx). Exceptional circumstances include: moving to a new location making it difficult to visit the original panel physician, or the original panel physician is no longer available.
You have 60 days from the date of this letter to comply with this request.
Kind regards,
Regional Medical Office (RMO)- Manila

Wala kaming nareceived na ganyan, but based sa nabasa ko sa post mo eh need ng further medical examination sayo. So you need to go back kung saan ka nag medical for further examination.
