I am very disappointed with the reason of rejection of my father super visa. Two years back I applied for Super Visa for my mother and father. Thy both got the Visa but suddenly we got a call from Indian Embassy that your father visa was mistake, kindly return the passport for the cancellation of visa. We hired a Lawyer and paid good amount of fees to fight the case. Lastly lawyer said we have to re-apply the visa. My father went to the embassy and return the passport. Finally after one and half month we got the passport back with the cancellation of visa with no explanation why they rejected the visa. Please advise us whether we should apply super visa again or not. We really have no answers . Thanks.

No he did not we applied for the Visa in 2015 October and he got Visa in 2016 Jan. After few months (2 months) we got a call from Indian Embassy to submit the passport for cancellation. We hired the lawyer and fought for the case and at the end lawyer gave up and said we can only reply and for that he has to submit the passport for cancellation. Two days back he got the passport with cancelled stamped written (Cancelled without prejudice). So i am not sure whether we should reapply or wait for few more months what to do.
we order the GCMS notes when we were fighting the case with lawyer. She got the notes and showed us and nothing was written on it, only thing mentioned that medical and infact they were not sure of medical result as well. And my father has no disease other than age factor sugar which is also not high. As you suggested now i will try to get the GCMS notes as his visa is cancelled and i might that more clarity. Thanks for suggestion.
His visa could have been canceled on medical grounds if he has a communicable disease (such as TB), or mental disorder, or a medical condition that would put excessive demand on the healthcare system.
He was issued a super visa only after he passed the medicals. Maybe the panel of physicians reviewed his medicals after he was issued the visa and found something wrong. Anyways.
