So (Timeline in my signature)
In my email I received SA on May 24. I'm waiting to get an email or notification from my CIC account to upload the Schedule A form. However in the mail it says it can also be mailed to the CPC Mississauga office, but then I got another email saying our application was going to CPC Ottawa....so where do I mail out the Schedule A? (Should I just wait to be prompted and link it online?)

im trying to start a time line for my spouse sponsorship application.
i spent time in the forum to get a grab of what to expect after application submission but im unsure of what i have gather.
so i am seeking little guidance from the gurus in the forum.

here is summary:
- Sent application package via DHL on Apr 28th
- application package received by CIC on May 1st
- Email from CIC received to PA's email with UCI and App # and asked to link the application
(Q. Im guessing this is that the gurus refer as AOR1?)
- Linked Application on May 26th
- Email from CIC Received on May 26th to Sponsor's email with UCI and App #
(Q. is this AOR2? )
- Sponsor Application status: In Progress, PR Application Status: Application Received
- No documents are requested on GCKey Account as of now

Including to above two questions about AOR, i have few more to ask.
- What do AOR1 and AOR2 represent?
- my understanding from the application guideline is that Schedule A and Police Certificate will be asked to be uploaded right away when the application is linked. but i do not see the request on GCKey Account. When will Schedule A and Police Certificate be requested for upload? is it after Sponsor Approval?

so below is what i think is left for the process

I'm no guru but I'll attempt to shed some light and hope it helps

Unfortunately if the applicant has not received anything yet, chances are that she might be having the same issues a lot of people have had. I would suggest calling the CIC Call centre next week and inquire. You would probably is advised to send the Schedule A and PCC through Webform, Technical Report within the applicant's CIC account or mail. Some of us have used all three just to be on the safe side. It's up to you.

Mine wasn't either, its not a problem so don't worry. You don't need to translate, just give them screenshot & try to show the date as well so they know all conversations didn't in one day, cheers

Yup but our chats were not even in english so not sure what purpose they would serve.

Indeed you have a bit to wait before AOR2.

Well not really, if there's no message on ECAS that could mean they have not sent it out yet. .Keep checking and try waiting till mid next week before you call.

That's the address that i used but i didn't hear anything from CPC that they got my documents. Its not also attached on my husband's mycic account. Some of the applicants they sent their documents to the other address. Now im getting Confused

Guys I was told by cic call centre agent today that my file is already in process at visa office and I will not be receiving any AOR 2 . My file was transferred on May 17 and 4th line was added on ECAS that says processing started May 20,but no AOR2 rcvd . Anybody facing the same issues .?
