I didn't mean to confuse you. I have written very clearly : Both PA and Sponsor fill and sign on the same form.. I meant only one form for both PA and sponsor. In that same form both PA and sponsor must sign.

Congrats!.

I have also filled the old forms and sent. Lets see what will happen in my case. My application reached on 4th May.

Information is all the same, so if they reject on that basis when it takes people weeks and months to put these together, that is horrible. Sent paper copy via courier on May 17th. Courier says delivered on Sat May 20th. Now Wed the 24th and no notification or receipt. Did not sign up for the text notification, but tried to today and can't seem to send the text from Australia. Keep getting Message Send Failure. Not sure if its my phone settings. Anybody else have this issue? Also tried to call the 1-888 number but can't seem to get that to connect from Australia either.

Hoping to get a receipt soon!

It's not so much the content of the forms that change. You have to look at the very bottom of the forms where it will say the form number as well as date. You will see the updated dates on the form.

Which forms did you use? Pre December 7, or post?

Remember that now both inland and outland apps (80% of cases) will be processed within 12 months.

I don't think you can get the text notification AFTER your app has been delivered - I believe you have to sign up before.

It's normal to not have heard anything yet so don't panic about that!!
