Refusal - Police certifcate - Need Help

Urgent need help​

Hello guys,
My EE application is cancelled tomorrow 23 may 2017 by explaining:

The Police certificate from PAKISTAN that you provided with your application is not acceptable
as it does not cover the full period of time spent in PAKISTAN. "You have indicated in your
address/personal history that you resided in PAKISTAN from MARCH 2003 to AUGUST
2010."
Even i have provided the certificate 2010 to up to date. In 2003 i was not 18 year , i was 16 in 2003. Pakistani Authorities had issued my PCC 2010 onward. based upon this reason IRCC cancelled my application.

Please help me what should i do now.

You have to provide from PCC 18 years onwards i.e. from 2005 ( as you must have turned 18 in 2005 ; based on your email). you have 2 options:

1) If you have enough points to rejoin the pool make a new profile and apply again and this time when you apply make sure you get the correct PCC with dates from when you turned 18
2) Get a new PCC with correct dates and raise a CSE and upload new PCC and appeal to them to reopen your application ( this is just a try and no guarantee that they will and it will take more than 3 months to hear from them) I have seen cases like this on this forum.

This is just my humble suggestion - you may wait for seniors for give you more advice.

I just find that I am in similar situation. Can you please let me know, whether your Medical was passed before this refusal or you get this refusal right away.

Medical passing ain't indication of anything. You should try your luck with cse with PCC from embassy. Nothing else you can do.

I am sorry to hear that, but the decision of CIC is very much self explanatory !

You will need the letter of PCC for the period when you became 18 until the last visit in Pakistan ! Your PCC covers the time period when you turned 23 ! This is not acceptable and IRCC has all the reasons to reject your Application. Enter the pool again and correct your mistakes.

All the fee back ONLY if it was cancelled as incomplete.. In other circumstances only RPRF will be refunded !

my application status did not show any thing either medical pass or not .. just straightway rejection after 2 and half months after submission

please guide me
i spend some period ( 6 years) in different city of Pakistan for study purpose (i.e) hostel i oftenly visit home in vocations / holidays. that period is 2006 to 2010. My national id card address was my home town.. So suggest me for Which region i apply for PCC. Either university city or home city for that period ..

Bro, doesnt matter... find a known person in police and you will get a certificate, from 2004 onwards... make from one city only....no issues

I did the same.. was livibg in hyderabad and than only moved 2.5 years in different city, than moved to KSA, but i showed that i was 18 when i moved to karachi... so no problem... you are living in pakistan Jugar to chalta hai yaar... ye to bewakoofi ki tumne bohat bari ke galt dates bhej di

Sorry i didn't get it, you provided the certificate from 2005(18 years old) or from 2010(23 years old), let me know.

Yes show in one city and all in all full length of the years from the age of 18... dont go into deep shit
