Hi members,

This afternoon at 13h43 (Paris time), I received a simple noreply email stating that I have a new message in my CIC account.
I checked but there was no real change in my CIC account so I thought that it was the famous "ghost" email ... until I saw deeper in my status that there was actually a new message with a letter in PDF format attached stating the following :

"QUOTE"
Dear Madam/Sir,
We are ready to issue the permanent resident visa that entitles you to enter Canada. The
following information is required to complete your application.
If you do not respond within 30 days from the date of this letter (or before the expiry date of the
visas, whichever comes first), your file will be closed.

STATUS CHANGE
Has your family composition changed since our last correspondence?
 Have you gotten married or divorced?
 Have you given birth or adopted a child?
 Do you intend to get married or divorced prior to becoming a permanent resident?
 Do you intend to give birth or adopt a child prior to becoming a permanent resident?
If any of these conditions apply, you must inform the Paris office at: parisimmigration@
international.gc.ca
You will be asked to submit evidence such as a copy of the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption
certificate or a letter advising when and where the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption is
expected to take place. Any new spouse and/or children must be added to your application and
be found admissible to Canada before your case can be finalized. Failure to declare additional
dependants such as a spouse or children before you become a permanent resident could result in
the cancellation of your permanent resident visa and/or prevent you from sponsoring your
dependants in the future. Once your file is closed, you would be required to submit a new
application and pay new processing fees. Any new application would be assessed under the Act
and Regulations in force at the time of its submission.

So I guess that this simple "noreply" email is my "golden PPR" email with the letter in my CIC account.

However, I have another question please. In the letter they say the following :
2. The photocopy of the passport(s) of each person included in the application

Does it mean that I have to send a photocopy of all the pages of the passport ? or just the photocopy of the biopics page of the passport (that contains the personal details + picture)?

Thank you in advance ?
CONGRATS!!!

I think just copy of the bio page plus all pages that have visas/stamps on. no need for blank pages. That is what everyone did at the time of filing the application, including me. That is just my opionin, maybe other members can confirm as well.

Thanks BienCanada ;)
My AOR was on December 19th 2016 then CIC sent me the letter for the Singapore Police Force on January 07th 2017 then the time to get the Singapore PCC => I submitted the PCC on February 02nd 2017 then nothing happened in my PR application (as per my GCMS notes generated on March 13th and April 19th coz my eligibility + security + criminality were not even started ...) till I received the PPR yesterday.

Hi maged_mmh. May I ask how long does it take for CPC-Ottawa to respond to email enquiries? Thanks. I emailed them on May 17 and still have not got any response.
