I have received one year exclusion order from Canada. I came back home last month and now my family is planning a vacation to Europe. Will the exclusion order affect me in getting visitors visa ? Kindly let me know

A visit visa for Canada? Absolutely. A visit visa for European countries? Probably not.

Would they not be concerned about why I received an exclusion? And also a cancellation mark on my Canadian visa in my passport. Pls let me know

If asked, you'll need to declare that you have an exclusion in your application to visit Europe. It's possible the exclusion order could impact your ability to be approved.

Would it still be a concern if the visa process is going through a reputed tourist company and I would be accompanied by my family?

Sure - it could certainly still be a concern. If you've abused visa privileges when visiting another country they may be concerned you'll do so again. Using a reputed tourist company doesn't help in any way.
