Declining ITA after medical

I had my medical exam about two weeks ago and my doctor said he uploaded all required documents to the CIC system. However, since I have not received my police certificate yet, I am going to decline my current ITA to get a new ITA to buy some time. Would this cause any problem with my medical exam or can I just upload the paper the panel physician gave me after getting my new ITA? By the way, the doctor never asked me about my express entry profile number.

Hello, I am planning to decline my ITA due to some challenges with my previous employer and finances BUT I have already done my medical, can I decline my ITA and be back on the pool? Thank you for your help.

What will happen to my medical result if the clinic already forwarded it to CIC?

My challenge is I only have 26 days left to complete the documents and my previous employer cannot give me one document on time.

Also, another question, it says from my EAPR that I need to do biometrics but I have not gotten a schedule yet. Will it show after uploading all the files and after paying? I am quite worried to finish everything including biometrics if I only have 26 days left including today. Please advise.

Nothing happens, if you receive another ITA you would upload the e-medical sheet and that's that. I didn't face any issues by doing this.

I wasn't required to do biometrics so I can't comment on that.

I have Declined ITA that I received on the 59th day as I could not arrange all the requested documents within 60 days.

I have already got my MEDICAL done, do I need to get it done again if I get another ITA in the consecutive draws?

I have not withdrawn my profile, and I do not see an option to re-apply for express entry, does that mean that my existing profile will be in pool for upcoming draws?

Have you not bothered to read the comments above?

After I log into my account I see an application that I had previously submitted for express entry for which I got the ITA, under the actions column I have two options "check full application status" and "withdraw profile".

At the bottom of my account page I see "Apply to come to canada" and when I click that it is asking me for my personal reference code which I do not have as I created my account over 60 days ago.

I have not withdrawn my profile, and I do not see an option to re-apply for express entry, does that mean that my existing profile will be in pool for upcoming draws?

with the above scenario is it best if I withdraw profile and create a new one or am I already in the pool with my existing profile? and just need to wait for a new ITA? (I had received the ITA I declined, very next day after I created my account and submitted my application)

I did. How is your situation any different that you need to do medical again?
Would the medical still be considered in either of below mentioned scenarios?
1. declining ITA after medical and waiting for new ITA with existing profile.
2. declining ITA after medical and withdrawing existing profile and creating new profile and applying for new ITA

I am currently working in Canada and I have 2 years of Canadian work experience. When I created EE Profile , it shows that u only met for CEC. But when I received ITA at that time it shows you met for CEC AND FEDERAL SKILL WORKER. And I do not have any foreign work experience. Then how could it be possible ? Thank you .
