If you are from India it only costs Rs.500 for PCC so i wouldnt mind going for it, there is no need for ITA to apply for PCC.

Done..Then i ll just have a talk with my lawyer and will start the process for getting PCC.one more thing how much time does it take .

You need to fill out an application online and make an appointment with PSK(Passport Service Kendra), you will get PCC on the appointment day as per the website.
