    You need to fill out an application online and make an appointment with PSK(Passport Service Kendra), you will get PCC on the appointment day as per the website. http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/faqServicesAvailable

    If you are from India it only costs Rs.500 for PCC so i wouldnt mind going for it, there is no need for ITA to apply for PCC.
