Yes you can marry in HK , you cannot file the sponsorship there as you are not a HK resident ...get married there and get your marriage certificate and file it here in Canada together with your divorce papers ...but remember you cannot remarry in the Philippines
Ok po thank you very very much my heart and mind feel at peace

You can either send it through email or upload in MyCIC. In my case, I emailed all the additional documents to them.

Pero sabi mo na email nio na po ung AOM? If na email nio na po, okay na po un.

Thank you Niki. MyCIC didn't give us an option to upload the AOM.

All we really saw there was an option to upload a "letter of explanation", but it also said this was an "optional document", unlike the IMM5669 which says "required".

Does everybody get this option?
I mean are all files showing this optional "letter of explanation" on MYCIC?
Thanks

A March applicant got PPR on May 17, their application was received March 2. Another March applicant saw DM on PR side ECAS. So totoo ba na ang March applicants, CPC - M completes the documents na and when they transfer to the VO, ready for PPR na yun for sure?
Congratulations to them!

how long po kaya process ng BGC after i Passed my elibility as of May 03, 2017 via gcmnotes., 2weeks ng matumal ppr nila., hays sana next week bulk ppr na.. lalo na sa mga backlogs 2016app

Does anyone have any idea how long things take after the medical results have been passed? My wife re did her medical, and it shows she passed a week ago. But until now, nothing from the Visa Office.

New kit na ba ito? Highly possible the CPC-M is doing the bulk of the work since after submission of Sched A and NBI ay 2 weeks pa sa kanila and sila na nag request ng medical for March 2017 applicants. Sana nga sis totoo na pag dating sa MVO saglit na lang. Sana sa bday ni hubby andun na ako. :)

Thanks. You mean MyCIC though not ECAS right?

It slightly concerned me yesterday because after they came back up from maintenance the formerly "optional" document went to the "required" column.

It's back to "optional" today though :)

Thank you :)
Am glad it worked for you.
We chose email because we didn't want the VO to say we never submitted it just because of a technicality.

So I'm now guessing that when they request the AOM they just add in a general "optional" "letter or explanation" at MyCIC instead of an actual AOM request?

Is it the same for everyone?

hi jaime, did they ask for the original

yeah, my cic. they also asked for the original copy of our AOM, NBI, police cert so we sent it through vfs last May 2. VFs confirmed that the documents were already received by Manila Visa Office however our status in mycic is still "we need additional documents" how about you? did they change it after sending your AOM?

Fortunately they didn't ask for the original, so initially we were going to just upload it to MyCIC, but they never added a tab to upload it there, so we just emailed it to manilimmigration.(They gave 3 options to send. MyCIC, email. or VFS).

Did they also give you 3 options to send it?
Ironic if they asked for "original".

Our status on MyCIC is still "Your action is required".
It's been like that since they requested the additional documents.

But it did update to "you passed the medical exam".

yes they did give me the 3 options but we have to send the documents tru vfs since they were asking for the originals. so i guess they just didnt update the status. we also got the med request a week after sending the documents.
