which consent form

I noticed they changed the consent form for GCMS notes on 10-2016.

I printed off a bunch of 07-2016 consent form last year and been using them right up until March 2017. I ran out of consent form and noticed there is no section for the sponsor to sign unlike the 07-2016 form but similar to the consent form prior to 07-2016.

So just to clarify because this is the 3rd time they've changed the consent form for me.

Principal applicant fills out section A and signs. Sponsor fills out Section C and does not sign.

Is that correct?

The latest one is October 2016. Here it is: Form 5744

thanks. It's been 14 months and no interview requested. I'm past normal processing time of 13 months. This will be the 5th time I've ordered GCMS notes. Hopefully something new. They've done nothing to my application since July when they recommended wav and eligibility passed.

Have you or your sponsor tried getting the assistance of your MP? You might want to do that as you mentioned your app is over 13 months.

Yes my MP e-mailed me today to fill out a constituent form - request for assisstance so that he can do an immigration enquiry. I also submitted a case enquiry letting them know it's past normal processing time.

I thought I had a rock solid application. Living with my wife for over 3 years, 1 kid together and now 2. Turns out another applicant in same city as ours also submitted 14 months ago and she has kids too and no interview but still waiting.

I hope this ends soon. I'm flying back to Canada next week. If my wife gets approved I'm flying back to Vietnam so that my wife, our newborn and infant can fly together.
