I was nominated by Manitoba in 2016 and applied for PR in July 2016. I already received my AOR and am waiting for my medicals. I am planning to marry my fiance who is a Canadian citizen. I read on Manitoba Provincial Nominee program's website that you can't apply for MPNP if you are married to a citizen or PR.
Since I already have my PNP certificate, and my PR is passed eligibility, would getting married to a Canadian Citizen effect my application in anyway? Would the nominating province withdraw/revoke my nomination since I married a citizen? I can't find any adverse information on IRCC's website regariding this matter.
In my opinion it should not effect my file in any way since I am marrying her after my PNP was approved and my PR already in progress. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. She is living with me and is also working in Manitoba for the past 6 months but she is originally from Quebec.
