Unfortunately, your file was in a box which was accidently destroyed as part of our routine file destruction. Please be rest assured that your personal information is safe. Take it positively because they lost your file mite they work ASAP on your file as u submit it.

Guys pls help.tell me some other way.m august 23 applicant.my gc key shows bavkground check in progress from last 3 4 months.they havents asked for any additional requirement.staying away from my husband putting me in a kind of depression.pls tell me is dere any way i can reach asap.

Order gcms and meet MP that's only thing we can do it,
Hope you don't have representative and he miss mail from CIC

Did you order GCMS notes? or had MP enquiry?
I would suggest you to give a call to CIC and ask them about your application. Sometimes there might be miscommunication.

Stay strong and positive. Things will fall in place.

For 10 months it was showing only received after that it changed into in process...rly upset..I don't know what does in process mean because it only shows in process nothing else

i do not know. i would say it's worth trying to call CIC or do an MP enquiry or order GCMS notes.
