Just received a verification call from the NDVO to check after putting up the application if my wife travelled back to Canada.
And the reasons why my in-laws weren't present for our wedding.

That's it but the person was very nice and very soft and polite spoken. Feeling very positive.

My wife has an interview next month. On our application forms we didn't indicate that we need an interpreter. But I wanted to know if it would be okay if she still hired an interpreter from the list they gave us?

It is alright ok get am interpreter ....officer don't care because but u have to pay for interpreter ...so do not worry......
