I think CIC should stop recieving more applications untill the clearance.Or Should Stop Quota System like India...
Skills,Exp.Profession Should be preffered rather than Canadian Exp.or Canadian Education...
If I will Become Canadian M.P.in future I will present a Bill in Canadian Parliament to Stop Any type of Quota System

Trust me i would've loved it more than anyone else sitting at 410, but you have to look at it from their perspective as well. They want to select the best and for that they need to let new ppl join the pool. There are thousands of people all over the world trying immigrate to canada. Not letting new ppl join the pool would be unfair to them as well.

Lol. Your suggestion seem to reflect the old system pre-express entry.

Even the liberals acknowledged that express entry put in place by the conservative is a good system but need some improvement like bonus points for canadian education, etc...

I m just trying to Improve the system that after 4 months no one will have to wait for thier turn in the pool....First come First Serve will be Follow in Express Entry...Think Twice...I m thinking for those...who are planing to move to Canada in future
