I am now a computer science master in a BC university. I want to apply for the International Post Graduate(skilled immigration) stream under BCPNP since I dont have work experience and probably not an instant offer after graduation. I have several problems:
1. Does this stream(or even BCPNP skilled immigration) have a limitation for each year? If it does, how do they process the applicants, are they gonna be put into next year's allocation or do they have to apply again next year(probably act earlier)?
2. Do I have to physically reside in BC when I am applying for the PNP and the PR? How about going outside of Canada while applying for PNP and PR and making a commitment that after PR is granted I will move back to BC?
3. If I meet the minimum requirement, is it nearly for sure that I will be nominated? Or do they select the most desired applicants to nominate among all the applicants even if other applicants meet the minimum requirement?
4. Can I take a job that is not related to my major(computer science) or even be unemployed after graduation while still get the PNP?
Thanks a lot for answers or suggestions!
