What is Schedule A form?? Why am I not asked to submit that form? My AOR came on January 29th 2016 and my medical passed on Feb. 5th 2016.

Not everyone gets asked for Schedule A. Just if there's an issue with your personal history, or you've been denied visa, etc. No reason to worry if you're not asked.

This. If you haven't been asked, then rest easy. Most of it is stuff you've already filled out (personal history, residence history). Best wishes.
