I have been living in the same place for more then 20 years, can i use this whole span for PCC , or it is mandatory for period after 18 birthday.Please help going for PCC today ?

Hi guys!

I have a question regarding PCC.
I am living in current state for 17 years and have three different addresses and got the PCC from the current state for all of them. but when I was 18 I was in another state and facing difficulties to get PCC for that state.
1. My question is that should I upload the PCC of my current state only and skip the past state as CIC give option to give them 10 years history.
2. Should I have to get PCC for exactly 10 years and not more than 10 ...if I am not giving the history since 18th birthday.
