Hello experts i need help regarding my work. During my last semester i had 3 courses to complete my diploma, i started working in last 3 months of my study on my workpermit but due to misunderstanding i worked 40 hours a week thinking that iam not full time and i can work.. So now filling my work history i need to mention that odd job work.. Any idea or suggestion what to do? What if write a letter explaining my situation along with my file??

Similar question: I've been working full-time during all of my studies (4 years, bachelor degree). In my university attending courses is not mandatory as long as you attend all the tests and exams. Could such mixing of study and work impact points given for work experience?

Actually, I am in the same position as were.So, did you managed to claim both of your work experience and bachelor's.
During PR application, you can mention the job in the personal history section. But if you put it in the Work History section (which shall count towards your points) in the PR application as well as in the EE profile, I'm afraid it's a problem because you're on student permit and student permit supposes to have working hours restriction. Furthermore, if you put it in the Work History section, you need to produce employment reference letter as well. As you said it's odd job, be careful whether you can get reference letter for it.
