I live in Halifax. If you already have status, even if you are not here yet, start looking. Depending on the type of job you are looking for jobs are available for starting within 2 weeks. More senior positions can take upwards of 9 months to get. You may have to start at a lower level just to get in and work your way up. Once you have entered the job market here it gets easier. Good luck
