Different Names (Surname) in Passport & Transcripts

On my GCE O/A Level's Transcripts, Old Passport & Old National Identity Card, my Father name is mentioned instead of Family name/Surname. But now in my New National Identity card & Passport, Official Surname is mentioned (as it is mentioned on my Parent's Documents). I have also received Letter of Acceptance from Canadian College with my Previous name (i.e, Father name in place of surname) & I am going to pay fees with that previous name.
Well I can also attach my Previous CNIC & Passport with New Passport & CNIC.
I can also make Affidavit from Pakistan's Lawyer/Advocate/ Govt. Registars stating that the two names is of same Person.
So, will I face any problems during applying for study permit or on Airport during custom check? Or can I change/edit my Surname when I have reached to Canada?

I had but I sent it with my application.
It stated some what like this:-
I am (Full name with surname) son of(Fathers name) resident of (Address) and i state that
I use the following names (1) and (2) and both are legal.(i dont remember exactly)
both names are of the same person.

made that on a stamp paper.

My academic documents have name as 'Jasneet Singh Anand', however my passport has Given name as 'Jasneet Singh' and Surname field appears blank.
Could this be solved by attaching an affadavit ? And also, should I fill the field 'Other names used' on the visa application form with my Academic document names?

Yes, take an affidavit for all your names and include it in your application. Don't take risk!

I don't have much idea about that. Why don't you discuss about it with your agent? He/she must be having idea about it.

Actually my surname and my father surname is different in passport.
So is there any trouble occur in canada student visa?
