Hi Everyone,

I will be applying Visitor Visa for my parents in 2025. I had already applied once in 2022 on the occasion of graduation, which got rejected the reason mentioning weak ties to India and insufficient funds. Below are the mistakes I made that time:
  • Visitor Visa application included Parents and a Younger sister
  • Just showed around 8K to 10K CAD in assets, did not took a net-worth certificate
Now that I am applying once again and I am a PR now, I will mention about previous refusal, just apply for parents (Mother & Father) not for my sister. Also, will be taking a signed net-worth certificate (for liquid and fixed assets). The other thing I am thinking to mention is, my father is retired government principal (he has pension and health benefits), can I mention they have to return back to India to avail the benefits and the have enough funds to support themselves back in India and also while visiting Canada.

Any inputs will be appreciated. TIA

Why not super visa but visitor visa? As getting a visitor visa approval is tougher than the super visa (as you are a PR).
Yes - pension slips of last 3-4 months & other additional documents such as pension papers may be helpful, in addition to the other docs you are planning to provide.
