mine AOR is Jan 9th so same boat here, my test is marked complete on March 6, when I called they told me LPP are not started yet.
I feel like they process LPP in waves tbh which would make sense because they can also streamline control the oath invites that way.
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar.
I received a fingerprint request on March 7th, but I was traveling at the time and only managed to get my fingerprints collected through Commissionaires on March 17th. Since then, I haven’t received any updates.
I completed the citizenship test on March 6th (the first day I was eligible to book it), and the last update I saw on my tracker was on March 18th, showing the test as "complete." Everything else still shows as "in progress," except for the citizenship ceremony, which is marked as "not started."
Is anyone else in a similar situation or has had a delay after fingerprint submission? Just trying to get a sense of the timelines here.
Thanks!
A quick question. My BG turned green (BG Completed) 1 month after I was asked for FP. What does completion of BG mean exactly? It means that Vancouver office has received the report from RCMP and it was clear or it just means it was received? Many people that are still waiting for their completion of citizenship process are still waiting due to BG not turning green. I am just wondering what a completed BG means?
Meaning when it turns green, it means BG is clear?I by no means am an authority on this. But from what I’ve seem it means “criminality” aka BG is not clear
So it means at least in terms of BG which is done by RCMP I am off the hook and cleared but Prohibition includes security which might or might not take time. Right? For now, I am stuck in LPP like many others.Ah sorry! Yes, I meant likely clear. To confirm you can do ATIP request or just call them
