I just checked. Last update still 1st of April for processing times.
As I called today again the agent told me my Security not started & my Criminality in process 
( April 2023- now 23 months and 20 days pass )

and just got update that March 2025 they started security
probably I have to wait more 5 months

Don't worry my security started and just takes few days to completed I'm pretty sure we will get updated soon finger crossed

My info sharing was completed before security as I never lived in other countries, but be optimistic
Hello. I am May 2023 applicant. I was wondering how did you get update that they started security check?
For me; medical, criminality, eligibility passed. Info sharing in progress and security has not been started yet.
