Please I have the following questions and need help with them:
1. If I put one year for length of stay for super visa (matching the dates on the medical insurance), will it affect the visa approval in any way.
2. Can anyone help with a template for the invitation letter and letter of explanation by parents to justify that they have ties back home.
3. MIL is a senior back home and is well taken care of by us from here, but not much to show for funds apart from the regular monthly upkeep and other monies we send to her. Should we attach her statement just the way it is or just write a letter of explanation to say that we are and will be fully responsible for her. How much funds do we need to show. Does it matter if I show more funds than my spouse. We will jointly sign the application.
4. If my spouse's earnings just slightly exceeds LICO (the application is for my MIL), but mine exceeds and a combination of both of ours well exceeds LICO, will this affect the application?
I am just trying to ensure that this is done properly and the visa is not refused. Any advise will be appreciated. TIA.
