After 6 weeks from ecopr you can make a solemn declaration. They will speed up for you
This is the day that the Lord has made! I will rejoice and be glad in it!!! I finally received my copr today! Thank you Jesus!!! And thank you everyone !

Guys, I have a doubt. Will the PR card be dispatched only after status in PR portal changes? Mine still says in review, I got my COPR on Feb 13th, still waiting on my card. Please advise.
Not really, you can link your gc key account with PR card application to check status of your card but other than that, i have seen people saying portal shows in review even after delivery of card
