Its sad, too much of a wait - they should have updated immediately - with all this technology. Its like someone sends you an important message - but it shows up in your inbox after 4 days. Unless they are trying to mimic the physical (snail mail) pace for consistency as regular mail takes ~3 days.

Background checks, like most other changes, can take 2-4 days to reflect on the tracker after the officer makes the update. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
For any Vancouver people still waiting for their test to show complete, I called IRCC today and they confirmed they can now see I passed. My test window was ending tomorrow, so it made me more than a little nervous to have no information. Now to keep waiting, and hopefully fingerprints will be processed soon as well.
After providing fingerprints on 13 Feb 2025 (the day I received the request), my background updated to Complete on 7 Mar 2025. All the other sections (language, prohibitions, etc) are still in progress.

I have the same question. My office is Scarborough. BG completed on Feb 12th and Test was marked complete on Feb 21st.
I think they are working off application received date or AOR date to prioritize . Of course if some applicants prohibitions check come back faster, they may jump ahead of the line.
In saying all that, I've noticed Scarborough is completing LPPs for early to mid December applications. So those who are late December, they may be a week or two from seeing any changes on out applications.

I gave up on Niagara office or Vancouver office, whichever has my file.
It is what it is at this point... I tried to call IRS every morning around 8:30 and none of the phone calls goes through, to a point that I think if I get blocked by them, lol
