My PR card expired in 2023 and I've not met RO. I'm currently in USA and planning to cross into Canada via land border.. can anyone estimate my chances of being reported for RO? Is it certain at this point? Has anyone had any recent experience in same situation? Would love to hear back.
Did you not cross in April of last year?

Looking back 5 years from today, how many days have you spent in Canada? Even a partial day counts as a full day towards the R.O.

It's impossible for anyone to estimate the chances of you being issued a 44(1) report. It is NOT certain and may very well come down to factors such as:

1. If questioned as to why you have not complied, what were the reasons.

2. Does the CBSA officer `feel like' giving you a break?

or

3. You are admitted with no questions asked, which with an expired PR Card, is probably wishful thinking.

Bottom line is you will be admitted (unless deemed to be inadmissible for reasons other than the R.O.).

It's not certain. No one can estimate your chances.

I've spent roughly 100 days in Canada till now.. so I'm not sure if it will eve be considered :( Honestly, this is nerve wracking.. I'm under so much mental stress already due to immigration, employment and my financial situation, my health and hormones are severely affected due to this stress.. any clarity will help a lot
Are you using two different user IDs? It's very confusing.

You’ve been asking these SAME questions
for years

As for your question

No one knows

Guys, I know this has been asked many times and it all comes down to the odds.

But would you say that probability of getting reported is less if I enter Canada by a train from New York to Toronto?

I will be short of RO by anywhere between 2-4 weeks and PR card expires in June 2023. I have visited Canada twice till now for a total of 39 days.

I hold Indian Passport btw.

Thank you!!”
