I got it too in March 2024, Less Complex letter and submitted my evidence in early July 2024 and on September 27th my lawyer sent me my positive decision without a hearing thru an email, after like 2 weeks I got it in mail on my address. I applied for PR if anybody knows how long it will take to get an acknowledgment along with a permanent application number, please lmk, thanks
Indeed, I am following the same steps as you, even receiving 1st Disclosure Package-No after a whole year of Background check.
My question, please, it seems that I will wait like you for 4 months until I receive 2nd Disclosure Package-No , especially since they did not ask me to send the evidence. They only told me that I must send the evidence 10 days before the hearing date, but they did not indicate the hearing date in their message, just at tell me what's happened with u now
I also received same letter 5 months ago, asking to submit evidence 10 days before hearing but there is no mention of hearing date.
I have ather problem I came with my family two children,me and my wife the problem is they sent to my two children to send evidences but they didn't send any letter to me and my wife ! Any one knows why they do like that ?
It's a bit strange. If you are the principle applicant, then you and your spouse shall receive letters to submit evidence for all members.
In my case, in the first letter of no-intervention said there will be no hearing. But unfortunately in the second no-intervention letter says of a hearing date. It's been a long wait, no update.
