Can we travel back to Canada from India . If we have less than 3 months visa on valid work permit expiring June 18. We are planning to get married in India and I am citizen and my fiance is on work permit which is going to expire on June 18th. We are planning to get married on Apr 3 and plan to fly back April 11th. Say , she got only 2 months of valid work visa, will anyone from India immigration object to travel as visa is less and can we show our marriage certificate as proof to consider and as she will apply for sponsorship as soon as we go reach Canada
