I don't believe IRCC releases this data. Although I may be mistaken.

Did your sponsor check their email? If you applied with a consultant like me chances are the aor will go to them. Maybe ask the office if you've applied with a consultant. I think most AORs being received within 20-30 days right now. I applied Feb 4 2025 and received AOR on Feb 27.
Hi, i applied my Inland spousal sponsorship on January 17, 2025. I haven’t received my AOR yet . Does it usually take that long?

How about a rough estimate? What do you think?
not enough data, any "estimate" here is our imagination only
if your relationship is solid and you provided every evidence, nothing to worry about

I get that no one here has official statistics, but I was asking based on the cases you've seen on this forum. Surely, there must be a general trend? I know approval depends on evidence, but I was curious about the general success rate based on what people share here

That’s not really how statistics work, but I get your point. I was asking about trends, like from what you've seen here, do most people get approved or refused? I know it’s case by case, but surely there’s a general pattern

Well, they either get accepted or not, so that's 50-50, right?

I often wonder about statistics as well, but considering that every case is its own world and has so many different variables to account for, I'm not sure if relying on statistics matters much :) But again, I understand the desire to have some actual numbers to look at.

I get that every case is different, but based on what you've seen on this forum, what percentage of common-law sponsorship applications do you think get approved? Even a rough estimate would be helpful—80%? 90%? Just looking for a ballpark figure

I personally don't see the value of a rough estimate. It's not based on actual data and will have no real value. But to each his own.

One piece of advice which you can of course ignore. You are only about a month into the process and there are going to be fairly long periods of time with radio silence where you have no info about your application and have zero idea on what is going on and how much longer you will be waiting. You will drive yourself crazy obsessing over approval rates like this and fixating on your application. If you've put together a complete and strong application, then try to focus your attention on something else. Otherwise it's going to drive you nuts. Take it from those of us who have been through the process.

I understand that a rough estimate isn’t actual data, but I’m just curious based on what you’ve personally seen. Even if it’s anecdotal, would you say most common-law applications get approved? If you had to guess, is it closer to 70%, 80%, or 90%?
