Thank you. I sent as it is without opening the letter. Got delivered today at IRCC Van office. Hopefully my tracker will get updated in next few days/couple weeks.
Our finger prints were sent by RCMP to Vancouver on FEB 26th.
I called IRCC today and the agent told me she can’t see if they were delivered or not and it could take up to 30 calendar days to show on the tracker.
Hope we get an update sooner

For those who go their LPP completed recently, did you get a ghost update first? Or tracker updated without a ghost update?
In my case, every major milestone had a ghost update before it.

If you selected paper copy for the certificate (instead of e-certificate), does that mean the oath will have to be in person?
No, the type of certificate you chose for doesn't decide what format you will be taking the oath in. If you have chosen for the paper certificate, they will mail you the certificate to your address once the ceremony is completed. For e-certificate, I believe you get it on the portal after your ceremony.

My tracker updated without any ghost updates. However, the list of updates showed a different date than when the tracker really updated. The tracker is behind by a day or so.

this happened to me for my citizenship test complete, it shows 03/04 in the list, but the tracker date shows 03/06

Same for me too as far as the tracker being 2 days behind what is posted and when it updates.
But it seems that I get ghost updates right before updates are posted on my tracker. So I was just wondering if that would apply for LPP too.

Hello everyone, I took the citizenship test two weeks ago and got 20/20 on my first attempt however I got a request to re-submit my ID as they didn't accept the photo that was taken by my webcam during the test. The letter they sent mentioned that it would take them 3 business days from receipt to update it in my application tracker however it has been well over 3 business days and the client support centre is not picking up the phone (always busy or their system is down to check my status). Any ideas on what I should do? Until this event I felt I was a bit ahead in the timeline and I am afraid that this one request is going to push my applicaiton way back for such a small reason.
My wife has the same situation. She gave her test on the 18th of February. We sent her id 4 days later. Since then there was no update until yesterday when i saw her tracker had an updated date.

In my opinion, the way updates are made whether automatically or manually can vary depending on the situation. For instance, when I received my test schedule, the tracker was updated on February 1st, but the line below stated, "Scheduled for citizenship test" on February 5th. This discrepancy could be due to the database being set up to update automatically and scheduling based on the first available option. However, when I received my test confirmation, it appeared in the tracker on March 6th, while the line below read, "Activity status updated: Citizenship test" on February 4th. The only plausible explanation for this is that the update was manually entered into the tracker, and the database may have some refreshing delays. Therefore, regarding the LPP , it will likely be entered manually, which could easily result in a delay of a few days

That makes sense to me. And in my case, all my updates must have been entered manually because I first got a ghost update and then 2 days later the updates displayed on the tracker and the date was from 2 days in the past.

I had a GU last Wednesday (10 days ago) and no update... I don't need test or language due to age so trying to work out what's the hold up...

From my experience with the PR process, ghost updates don’t always reflect visible changes to your application. Instead, they often indicate that some internal processing or background work has been done on your file. These updates are related to your application but are usually part of the internal system and not something you can see directly. That said, this isn’t definitive proof it’s just based on my personal experience and what others have shared during that time.

For the citizenship application most GUs do result in a status update on the tracker. At least that's been my experience and what I've read on here.
