I have not either. I called the RCMP on the 24th to make sure that my fingerprint results were indeed mailed on the 21st with no issues and they confirmed that they left the RCMP. Next thing would be to call IRCC Vancouver and see if they actually physically received them from Canada Post.
IRCC contact centre can't tell you if the fingerprints were received. They can only see criminality complete or not (which would probably result in Background being complete, if you're like me with security already complete). I already tried that, sadly.

It might be in GCMS, but presumably if they're just waiting on criminality, "Background" should go complete within a business day or so of them receiving and inputting it.

Hi, this the email id I received FP request.
IRCC.DNVancouverCitizenship-CitoyenneteVancouverRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

What about yours?
Note that @cic.gc.ca is the standard departmental email for IRCC (which used to be named CIC - I don't know why they've not changed the mail, except that it may be government policy to leave them (eg global / foreign affairs and I think all embassies etc are just international.gc.ca ).

So the base/default for email from IRCC is @cic.gc.ca, possibly some @international.gc.ca if staff are based abroad, and gc.ca for all government. If it's from one of those domains, and hasn't been spoofed (display name makes it look like @...gc.ca but the detailed address shows something else like @hotmail), it should be 'from government' and official.

Important: it should be SAFE to whitelist the @cic.gc.ca domain (tell your email client/system that emails from this domain are NOT spam).

Another telltale sign of government: if it's from some 'official' account (not a person in government but a 'function' or office), they will almost always have redundant French and English - or as in above DNVancouverCitizenship-CitoyenneteVancounverRN. And yes, they often repeat stuff even if it's the same in both languages.

Or as people I know in Ottawa joke about it: "Police-d'Ottawa-Police syndrome." (As if anyone would get confused if they left out one of those two 'polices'.)

But I guess whatever address it would come from, as long as I check the spam folder too, I won’t miss it

No , I didn’t travel outside Canada during eligibility period .
This disproves my theory. Please do share an update when you have one. I'm also monitoring the tracker for update.

One more question please. Did you get an acknowledgement email after responding to the request? I didn't get any and that seems weird!

I have sent citizenship office all copies of my both passports pages last week and did get the reply email back that they have received the document ,

apart from this ,they even invited for an online interview with citizenship official on March 12 to verify my passport and other documents.

Interesting! I got the request from "
DN PNT CIT Passport / PASSEPORT CIT PTN RN (IRCC) • IRCC.DNPNTCITPassport-PASSEPORTCITPTNRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" and responded via the same email address. Did you get yours from same email address? Did you get a reply same day you responded?

I pray and hope your interview goes well. I think it's a just a measure of quality assurance.
