Which of the STEM NOCs does she plan to apply under? My wife holds a WES-recognized PhD from India and works as a Research Associate with equivalent roles and responsibilities in healthcare. Is she eligible for the STEM draw?
You need to show one primary NOC. You cannot show multiple primary NOCs.This NOC 32120,, NOCs ? can we show multiple NOCs ?

I didn't think this NOC was on the STEM list.
Maybe the healthcare stream?
How long has she worked as a lab tech and not researcher? Do her duties match lab tech? College education is the requirement.Sorry, Yes Healthcare only I am talking about
Because the job only requires college education, not even a degree. So it may cause issues at IRCC about why a person with a PhD all of sudden got a job for 6 months as a lab technician to qualify for the healthcare draw. Just like you said in another post that you are a software engineer and food supervisor but not a cook.As of now 6 months. I am planning to apply after 6 months. Yes it matches.
"College education is the requirement." I didn't understand this part. she completed PhD. what education you mean ?
