Which of the STEM NOCs does she plan to apply under?My wife holds a WES-recognized PhD from India and works as a Research Associate with equivalent roles and responsibilities in healthcare. Is she eligible for the STEM draw?

Because the job only requires college education, not even a degree. So it may cause issues at IRCC about why a person with a PhD all of sudden got a job for 6 months as a lab technician to qualify for the healthcare draw. Just like you said in another post that you are a software engineer and food supervisor but not a cook.As of now 6 months. I am planning to apply after 6 months. Yes it matches.

There is no way that a PhD grad is doing things like processing slides, running the blood sample machine, entering the data from test results, etc. A research assistant actively participates in research while a lab tech essentially helps prepare and process samples for MDs and PhDs.
