What new rules? If you have PGWP and valid TRV then you can enter Canada.
Yes right but the new rules is that if immigration officers have any doubts or they did not satisfied with your document or they think about you not leave Canada after your wp expired they cancel your visa

Well when does your WP expire? If CBSA asks about your stay you say you are on a WP, show job letter, lease, utilities and bills you have.

Realistically, that's always been the rule. CBSA has always had the authority to deny entry or cancel documents if they had reasonable concerns about the holder. Not a new thing.

The bigger issue is given how hard it is to get PR these days whether leaving for 3 months makes sense. What degree are you doing and how long is it? 3 month of possible work accumulation can have a huge impact on an application.

When does permit expire? They may ask about your plans and if you have any job offers/leads. May ask about funds and cash in the bank if you don’t have a job. Or they may ask no questions.

Expired in January 2026 and this is important to put fund in bank ? I don’t have any job and any lead

So you are coming back to Canada and will not get a year of Canadian work experience. What is your plan now that you are married? CEC will not be an option. CBSA can ask you any question especially if you don’t have a job then how will you survive.

So then say you have a job in a restaurant. Get job letter with responsibilities and wage. Have your aunt sign it on letterhead and provide her contact information. Again CBSA may not ask you any questions. Don’t over think it.

Sounds like you do not have a long term immigration plan.
It's fine for you to work at your auntie's restaurant in Canada (paid job). And then when your work permit expires, you can return home (note you don't have 1 year in Canada) and join your husband.
Then you can start your family in your home country with what you learn in school and from your work experience.

You just tell immigration the truth.

Wait, are you on WP right now? Or are you coming back to study again? Because in this comment of yours, you wrote that your college is starting and that's why you want to come back: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/pr-visa-stamping-new-delhi.778870/post-11015449
