Hi, I raised a Visitor Visa application for my sister and my niece ( she is 14 yrs old ). I provided all the documents; however the visa got refused for my Niece with below reasons.
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
  • Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
  • You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
  • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
Can anyone help, what I can do before resubmit in this case.

Note: My sister is the single parent ( divorced ). I also provided the consent form signed by her father.

Any type of help is appreciated. Thanks

- How long was the visit for?
- How much did your sister show in savings to support the trip?
- I assume your sister obtained a TRV earlier?

Wait for the results of your sister's application before you do anything.
