Anyone with any updates who received their AIP on or after JUNE 2024 in regards to their stage 2 decision? Pls update here to get an idea of what’s happening
My time line:
AIP 21 Aug
Medical mid oct
Address confirmation 30th oct

and dead silence after that

called last week and Background in progress
I got my AIP on August 2, nothing after that...no address confirmation, no email 1 and 2.

Hi All,
Has anyone gone to CBSA for PRRA after eligibility email? What was your experience
You will go and they will give you the physical copy of PRRA application. You will fill out and sent in next 15 days if you will apply for it. Hiring a lawyer would be a good option if you will apply for it. If you can stay in Canada while your H&C application in progress no need to apply I believe but just double check with rest pf the community.

H&C does not prevent removal.

Where did you get this info? From notes? If yes, you’re probably undergoing a comprehensive security screening, which can take between 10 and 16 months. if so, then your notes should indicate comprehensive security check
What is more likely is that CBSA is using RCMP offices in locations where they have no offices themselves.
