Did you contacted IRCC for your application regarding ecopr??
I did a webform on Feb 05 and on Feb 12 I emailed to the same email from which I received my P1. However, I am not sure if that made any difference because they are clearing file with the similar timelines.
Further, I feel that the wait time has reduced to average 80 days from P2 to ecopr for people who received there P2s in dec.

can anybody help me-
i called ircc on feb 5- they told me my eligibility is recommended passed and background check not started.

never heard back from them, but my background check is still in process from dec 3rd.
only thing you can do is call them and ask them and wait, there is nothing that can be done in this if they need more info from you then they will email you or call you.

What if everyrime you contacted IRCC, the staff on your file grunts and decides to punish you for taking them away from their work? Thereby putting your file at the bottom. Maybe don't call them if your processing time is within the reasonable timeframe. And maye call/email them once a month after that. Food for thought.
people whom you call are just call centre employees that are employed by IRCC, the person who is handling your case isn't on the phone talking to you lol

For web form they responded me saying to wait and if anything happens IRCC will contact you and for email they never responded back.

they will probably just change it to completed once done from not started, IRCC websites are full of glitches or you can say they are too busy to update status. I received my PR Card on Nov 1, 2024 and until today more than 120 days later it still shows in review on the PR Portal although in the tracker they have closed my application so don't worry if they need any info they will simply email you other than that waiting is the only option.

Guys, you should check this out and the first comment in this thread. Seems like it is going to be only worse starting end of March. I do feel bad to these people though, we might be frustrated but loosing the job in this economy is just harsh.

Thank you for sharing this. It's so sad to see random job layoffs, but this discussion provides a lot of insight into what happens behind the curtain.

So each officer roughly lands about 50 individuals per day. And according to what I've read, they have thousands of applications laying around in inventory, and no one will process them unless they are moved to active officers. No wonder some eCoPRs are being delayed while others are being sent on time.
