Study permit Application refused

Any justification for this, my friend applied for study permit and his today his application was refused, the reason of refusal is very generic. He applied for one year graduate degree certificate he paid all the fees for whole year and also shown 50000 usd in financial statements

What can be do in this situation he wants to apply again. Any help would be highly appreciated

Order ATIP/GCMS notes. What is the program and school? PAL? Well why does he need to come to Canada for a one year program? How did justify costs with career progression and show ties to return? Was the bank statement his own money in personal accounts?

He did BBA in finance and he applied for one year graduate degree certificate at Sheridan college, the program was business analysis and process management. He has shown 50000 usd from his brother account which was his sponsor. Also One year fees was Fully paid. He had PAL too.

So he is over 22 and cannot afford his studies. Brother’s funds do not have to be considered at all. He needs to show $21k of his own funds. Is that a program even eligible for a PGWP? He has a BBA so how will this program allow for career progression and higher pay when he returns home? Consider MBA.

I have 40lakh of loan approval letter, 27lakhs of dissbusment letter, paid fees receipt of first term, and half gic paid master program 2 year and may intake PAL AND LOA LETTER what is visa chances?

Most of the funds is a loan so really can’t afford this program and makes no sense to take out such a large loan for this program.
