Dependents Documents resubmission

Hi everyone my dependent was given a UCI and also asked to submit all the documents, but we have already submitted them when we initially applied for the PR. Should we submit again and also there is a section on supporting document which states about police certificate which we have not submitted initially also a section on biometrics fee, does that mean I have to pay now, n is this an official request for biometrics and police certificate?

To avoid the delay on your file , Yes you have to update and submit by the date mentioned on the letter

but it specifically says do not resubmit what you already have submitted and it's like a document checklist so I think we are going to tick on the documents we haven't provided earlier and attach those with the checklist. What do u think?

Yes you will need to resubmit the forms. Even if you submitted these already, since for dependencies their files are processed by the Visa offices, you should submit the forms on the list mentioned on the email requesting that. Those are just for your dependencies not yours.
