Yes you will need to resubmit the forms. Even if you submitted these already, since for dependencies their files are processed by the Visa offices, you should submit the forms on the list mentioned on the email requesting that. Those are just for your dependencies not yours.

If you have dependents abroad you may receive email information you that their file has been transferred to Visa Office assigned to your country of origin and then you will wait for P1,P2, eCorp and PR Card consecutively.

It looks like too long, compare to when u applied. Ofcourse it depends on visa office, I have no idea how it is processed there. however I would advise you call the Visa Office and also send the web forms.

For Kenya, you have to apply for eVisa ahead of time. You will use their website to apply for it. It takes around a week or less to get it in your email. All is done online https://www.etakenya.go.ke/en
