"My child has a Visitor Record for 2 years with a stamp in the passport, issued on March 29, 2023, and valid until March 2025. He is accompanying one of the parents on a work permit. My child exited Canada with the parent on November 16, 2023, and re-entered on December 20, 2023 (approximately 1 month later). Upon re-entry, the CBSA officer did not mention any stamp or revised date on his passport, nor did they issue any new document. I just want to ensure that there won't be any future complications with my child's status in Canada. Is this normal, and should I be concerned? Senior members looking for your guidance.
