I have more than 100 exit and entry records and I suppose it wouldn’t make a difference if I wait a month of two to apply, they would still want to audit it or regardless. I’d share how the interview go!

Hi, would you mind sharing how did your interview go?? What questions did they asked? I’m in the same situation and my interview is scheduled for 27 Feb.
did you submitted your passport photocopy when you applied for the application? They asked for my passport photo copy even though, I’ve already submitted my copies when I applied for the application

Yes it’s the same I scanned my passport copy already and I was like why do you need it again…

my interview is scheduled in mid March in person but I told them I am not in Vancouver on that day and they say they will change to online interview but no details so far.

are you also Vancouver office?

Wanted to share my updated timeline:

Office: Scarborough
Application filed: Oct 22, 2024
Test in Progress: Dec 23
BG completed: Dec 30
Test completed: Jan 7 2025
LPP completed: Feb 3
Oath: Scheduled for Feb 26!

Still waiting for official email invite as well

Just received my Oath letter this morning. Was not expecting to get it on a weekend lol

Yes, I applied from maritimes. Got the AOR from Sydney office then got the test from Montreal office. BG and test completed on Dec 12 and that’s the last time my application in tracker got updated. Called IRCC couple of days ago and agent told me that my LPP hasn’t started yet. Not sure what they were doing for the past two months but then got email for an interview right after the call.
Email stated that the interview is to confirm my physical presence and send copy of passport.
What I have observed from other threads is that the LPP gets completed after the interview, but in come cases, only LP gets completed. Let’s see and keep each other updated!

Be patient. It could take up to a month for you to be scheduled for the ceremony. You're almost at the finish line....

Main applicant : Test completed on Dec 21, Language and Physical completed on Jan 15. BG and Prohibition are in progress.
Dependent : BG completed on Nov 23, Test completed on Dec 10, Language and Physical completed on Jan 15. Prohibition in progress.

It seems dependent's prohibition not started and waiting for the main applicant's BG check to clear. This may take a while since no update in a month.
Do you think IRCC processes linked applications both together?
Can we split/unlink the applications to at least let the dependent's application go further and finishes the prohibition and oath? any suggestion?

Yes, they process applications submitted together - together. In other words, even if your dependent clears prohibitions, they won't get the oath until you do.
I'm basing this on the instructions when applying. IRCC states that family applications submitted together are processed together. This is why they return all applications if one of them is incomplete.
And no, I don't believe applications can be unlinked once the processing has begun. But you're free to call IRCC and ask.
