Good day, I submitted my non ee application last july and got AOR last November, my wife gave birth here in canada. Do i need do raise a webform now to inform IRCC about the new baby or its ok to wait for the Birth Certificate first before raising a webfrom? Thanx

what is the right time to update IRCC about marriage? IRCC doesn't recognize marriage without the marriage certificate and the Ontario government takes more than two months to provide a marriage certificate. I applied my PR on September 15th and I am expecting to receive AOR within two weeks based on current processing timeline. If I raise the webform now to update IRCC about change in my marital status, IRCC will give 30 days to submit all documents and I won't be able to provide marriage certificate within that timeline. Shall I just get my AOR first and then update IRCC about marriage? Will it work? @Miss bee

No but you should submit new form with correct information asap when you get AOR .

You are supposed to let IRCC asap when you get married. Once they acknowledge they will send you kit with documents to fill for your spouse and send them . You are supposed to submit pcc and medical as well .

Yes it will. You should have same or higher TEER code .

Thank you for your response Miss bee, just a follow up question please, on the mpnp website it says that you need a full time permanent job for the skilled worker in manitoba and worked 6 months which is the one i was nominated under. it doesnt include anything regarding TEER. so you can even apply with teer 4 or 5. It will still cause issues?

If they request you can send letter of explanation along proof that you applied already and it will take time . Once you get it send it through webform.

AOR and Bil issued today. September 2nd is when I submitted. They also requested an ADR to submit a copy of my new passport as my passport has less than 6 months.
