Real. At first they review eligibility then send for BGV.

Please, I need information and requirements on when my spouse can apply for visitor's records; he is on an open work permit that will expire on March 30th, 2025, because that is when my study permit expires too. I just graduated, and from the policy, I can't add him to my PGWP. We are currently in Canada

You see eligibility completed status on the tracker. Once the decision is made then u will be able to see eligibility completed status on the portal
