Well if we look at the past few months, getting the test invite before BG clears usually means a fingerprint request is coming your way. But then, that may no longer be the case.

I got the test invite on Feb 5, done on Feb 10, 20/20; I got Finger print request today. There is no update in the tracker after test invite, even GU.

There we go. This is the scenario I was describing.
Don't worry, do the fingerprints right away and the delay will be minimal.
Your background will clear sfter IRCC receives your prints.

AOR Jan 10 and my wife’s tracker has the same exact BG dates as you (completed Feb 12, appeared on tracker Feb 14). My BG is not marked as complete yet, although I did get a GU on Feb 14.

Still no sign of a test invite though…

It's usually another month for LPP to complete and another month for oath.
Also, interview can be called at any time, but you dint need to give fingerprints since your background check cleared.

Sounds like it. It was the same for me... I got 2 separate ghost updates with test invite appearing first and then the background complete status.

Did you get the email with the test link ??? cause i didn't :/ . its the 15th Feb today, meaning only 6 days to go and still nothing ..
East , so i guess Montreal office

Should i contact them ? or wait a little bit more ??
if i should contact , what would you suggest ? thanks

I got the email on the afternoon of the 12th, same day the tracker was updated with test info.
You should definitely contact them. They say to call if you don't get the email a week before the test start date.

Call the IRCC centre. And great question... Technically I don't see why you couldn't click in the button/link on the IRCC citizenship test web page.
